Leslie Thurman

Degree: Bachelor of Music Education (voice/piano certification) cum Laude from Southern Methodist University, 2001. Certification in Orff Schalwerk and Kodaly

James Vanderpost

Background: Began teaching in 1975 and has taught students in Amsterdam, Mexico City, Boston and San Antonio privately and at music centers.  Vocal studies include Sweelinck Conservatory of Music in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and the Boston Conservatory in Boston, MA.  Retired from the professional opera stage in 1979. Soloist for two years with Texas Bach choir in San Antonio, TX.

Teaches: Voice Lessons. Specializing in vocal training, breath control, stage deportment, posture, building confidence, extending vocal range, projection and public speaking.
